Refund policy

 

We want you to find the perfect accessory you will love, so we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Read below for full details.  

 

Return Policy: Returns must be authorized within 14 days of delivery date. We will only accept items that have not been used and are in their original condition and packaging. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved a refund minus the original shipping cost will be provided to original payment form. Custom order and Sale(marked down) items are final and can not be exchanged or returned. To start a return go HERE.

Holiday Returns: Purchases made after November 15th have until January 1st to submit a return/exchange. 

Exchange Policy: Exchanges will be accepted up to 14 days of delivery date for items that have not been used and are in the original condition received. Exchanges must be approved prior to shipping an item back to us. We will only accept items that have not been used and are in their original condition with original packaging. GUARANTEE on all leather items – We know you love your bag and we want you to be together forever. We will gladly repair damage due to manufacturer defects for up to 3 months after purchase.  Please contact hello@beaudindesigns.com to start a claim.
